ReApprove Auto is an automotive referral service. We connect Dallas–Fort Worth buyers with independent buy-here-pay-here dealerships that finance in-house. This policy explains what information we collect through our pre-qualification form and how we handle it.
When you complete our pre-qualification form, we collect only what is needed to match you with a dealer partner:
We do not require your Social Security number, and pre-qualifying does not involve any credit check. We do not ask for or store your credit score.
Your information is used to:
Submitted information is stored in our secure contact-management system (Airtable). Some internal notifications about new submissions may be sent through our email provider, Resend.
When you check the separate, optional SMS consent box on our form, you agree to receive SMS customer-care messages from ReApprove Auto about the vehicle inquiry you submitted. This includes a confirmation that we received your information and follow-up messages about your pre-qualification. Checking the box is not required to submit the form.
These messages may be sent using automated technology, and message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Text messages are transmitted through our messaging provider, Telnyx.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; reply HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not stop us from calling you about a request you submitted.
We do not share your mobile number or your SMS opt-in with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign.
ReApprove Auto is not a dealership and does not extend financing directly. We may share the details of your vehicle inquiry (excluding your mobile phone number and SMS consent) with participating dealer partners solely to fulfill your request. We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in with third parties or affiliates for their own promotional or marketing purposes.
We do not sell your information to third parties, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.
We use Vercel Analytics to understand how visitors use our site — for example, which pages are viewed and general traffic patterns. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you individually. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
We retain your submitted information for as long as needed to pursue your pre-qualification and connect you with a dealer partner, and for a reasonable period after in case you follow up. You can request deletion at any time — see below.
To request that we delete your information, call or text us at (817) 676-8647. We will remove your information from our systems within a reasonable time, except where we are required to keep records for legal or compliance reasons.
